The Virginia Law Foundation has provided more than $28 million in grants to support projects throughout the Commonwealth that facilitate access to justice, promote the Rule of Law, and provide law-related education in support of these ideals.

Photograph and Video Usage

We reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at our events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without approval from the photographed subject.

VLF Collects The Following Information:

  1. User Provided Information: You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) to VLF when choosing to donate, respond to surveys, or subscribe to newsletters or other mailing lists.
  2. Cookies Information:When you visit the Website, we may send one or more cookies (a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. VLF may use both session cookies and persistent cookies (persistent cookie remains after you close your browser). Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser instructions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser.   4. Clear GIFs Information:When you use the Website we may use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.

  2.   5. From time to time, we may contact Users to invite them to participate in usability surveys. Participation in these surveys is purely voluntary. However, occasionally, we may request your email address for the purpose of sending you a reward for completing the survey.
