The Virginia Law Foundation is a private, IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1974.
Our goal is to help close the justice gap in Virginia. The number of grant applications we receive has increased substantially the past few years, including from many from organizations providing pro bono or reduced fee assistance to those who cannot afford legal representation. With your help, we can go further than ever toward making sure every Virginian has meaningful access to justice. Every dollar of your unrestricted donation goes directly to our annual grant allocation.
We are also profoundly grateful for the time and the talent generously donated by our Fellows. With the operational merger with our educational division, Virginia CLE® and special events, there are now even more avenues of service whereby our Fellows can invest in the Foundation’s mission.
