CHARLOTTESVILLE, October 29, 2019: Kathleen A. Dooley (Fellows Class of 2015) has been honored with the 2019 Local Government Attorneys of Virginia’s Edward J. Finnegan Award for Distinguished Service.
According to the LGA’s website, the award “recognizes an individual in the Commonwealth of Virginia who has made significant contributions to local government law or the Local Government Attorneys of Virginia, Inc.”
