The Virginia Law Foundation Board voted unanimously at its June 2016 Board Meeting to establish a pilot program to expand the Foundation’s grant making impact across Virginia.
This “spot grant” program sets aside modest sums to be granted outside of the annual grant cycle to eligible organizations identified as doing good work consistent within the Foundation’s three-pronged mission. No single grant shall be smaller than $1,000, or larger than $5,000.
Spot grantees are required to submit limited information, as outlined in the Spot Grant Application.
