Virginia Law Foundation

The Virginia Law Foundation has provided more than $28 million in grants to support projects throughout the Commonwealth that facilitate access to justice, promote the Rule of Law, and provide law-related education in support of these ideals.

The Virginia Law Foundation is dedicated to the effort to close the justice gap in Virginia and recognizes the efforts of lawyers dedicating their retirement to pro bono service. To support the Virginia State Bar’s “Transition Into Emeritus Status” (TIES) initiative, we provide provides 12 free credit hours per MCLE compliance year through Virginia CLE® to lawyers who have obtained Emeritus Status.
