The Bobzien-Gaither Education Center, is a state-of-the-art teaching facility in the Innsbrook area of suburban Richmond. Since its opening in April 2022, Virginia CLE®, the education division of the Virginia Law Foundation, has presented both live-on-site and simultanteous live-interactive webcasts at the BGEC. While continuing legal education is its focus, the BGEC is also a place to gather with members of the community, celebrate the VLF’s philanthropic initiatives, and host a variety of events.

This Center is named in memory of two cherished members of the Virginia Law Foundation community: David Bobzien and Marcus Gaither. David was a past president of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Law Foundation, a longtime chair of the Foundation’s CLE Committee, and an esteemed leader in the legal community. Marcus, who joined the VLF staff after his professional basketball career, held several key directorships and was a dear friend to many during his tenure.

The Bobzien-Gaither Education Fund offers individuals, firms, and organizations the opportunity to honor David and Marcus’s legacies while supporting the mission of the Virginia Law Foundation.
