The Virginia Law Foundation family mourns the loss of the Honorable Wiley R. Wright, Jr. (Fellows Class of 1989), former Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Alexandria from 1979 to 1984. After retiring from the practice of law in 1996, he served as a substitute circuit court judge in various jurisdictions throughout Virginia.
